This policy explains what information JorgeReyna.com collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. JorgeReyna.com is operated by Jorge Reyna, a licensed real estate salesperson with Meyers & McCabe, 5712 Walnut Wood Ln, Burke, VA 22015. Questions: [email protected] or (703) 829-7355.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact and inquiry forms: name, phone, email, and your message.
  • See Inside Now sign-in (the page our yard-sign QR codes open): name, phone, email, whether you work with a real estate agent (and, if you choose to share them, your agent’s name and phone or email), your buying timeframe, whether you need to sell first, whether you are pre-approved, and whether you agreed to hear from a lender.
  • Pre-qualification requests: when you ask for help getting pre-qualified for a loan, we record the request, the property, and whether you agreed that a named lender may contact you.
  • Showing requests and questions you send about a listing.
  • Newsletter sign-ups, including through Facebook or Instagram lead forms, which reach our newsletter service, beehiiv.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and browser type, IP address, approximate location based on IP, pages viewed, the site that referred you, and the date and time of your visit.
  • On See Inside Now, which listings you view after signing in.

Cookies and similar technologies

  • Essential: a cookie that remembers you signed in on See Inside Now, so you are not asked again on that device for a limited period (currently 60 days).
  • Spam protection: our contact forms use Google reCAPTCHA to tell people apart from automated programs. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and browser details, and sends it to Google. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that use.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site.
  • Advertising: the Meta Pixel and Google Ads, to measure our ads and show ads about our listings and services to people who visited the site. When you sign in or send a request on See Inside Now, we tell Meta and Google that it happened. We do not send them your name, email, or phone number, or whether you asked about financing.

How we use information

  • To give you access to listing photos, videos and tours, and to answer your questions, showing requests and pre-qualification requests.
  • To follow up with you about properties and real estate services.
  • To send our newsletter if you signed up.
  • To measure and improve the site, and to advertise our listings and services.
  • To prevent spam and abuse, keep records our brokerage and real estate regulations require, and meet other legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

  • A lender you choose to hear from. If you agree on a form that a named lender may contact you, we may pass that lender your name, phone, email, the property, and your timeframe. If you do not agree, we do not share your information with a lender. We receive no payment or other compensation for this.
  • Our brokerage, Meyers & McCabe, which supervises our real estate activity and keeps required records.
  • Service providers that run the site and our communications on our behalf: website hosting (Amazon Web Services), security and delivery (Cloudflare), email (Google), spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA), analytics and advertising (Google, Meta), and our newsletter (beehiiv).
  • Embedded content you open: Google Maps, YouTube, and virtual tour providers such as Matterport load only when you open them, and their own privacy policies apply.
  • People involved in a transaction you ask us to help with, such as a title company or the other party’s agent, at your direction.
  • When required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

We do not share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing.

Calls and text messages

If you give us your phone number and submit a form that says so, you agree that Jorge Reyna may contact you by call or text about properties and real estate services. Your consent is not a condition of buying or selling anything. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also opt out of calls by telling us, by phone or at [email protected].

Your choices

  • Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
  • Ads: adjust ad settings in your Google account (adssettings.google.com) and your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; See Inside Now will then ask you to sign in again.
  • Google Analytics: Google offers a browser add-on to opt out (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
  • Google reCAPTCHA: see Google’s Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and Terms of Service (policies.google.com/terms).
  • Do Not Track: our site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals. Use the options above instead.

Access, correction and deletion

Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] or call (703) 829-7355. We respond within 45 days. We may keep information we are required to retain, for example brokerage transaction records.

How long we keep information

We keep information as long as needed to help you and to follow up on your real estate interests, and longer only when law or brokerage rules require it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and limited access to lead information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee security.

Children

This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

California residents

We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

Future features

The site does not currently offer user accounts. If we add account features, we will update this policy before launching them.

Changes to this policy

We will post any changes here with a new effective date. For material changes, we will also place a notice on the site.
