1. Who we are
JorgeReyna.com is operated by Jorge Reyna, a licensed real estate salesperson with Meyers & McCabe, 5712 Walnut Wood Ln, Burke, VA 22015. Real estate services are provided through Meyers & McCabe.
2. No agency relationship from using the site
Browsing the site, signing in, or contacting us does not make us your agent. A brokerage relationship exists only under a written agreement signed by you and the brokerage, as Virginia law requires. Before touring a home with us, you may be asked to sign a written buyer agreement, as brokerage and MLS rules require.
3. Commissions
All commissions and fees are negotiable. They are not set by law and are agreed in writing between the client and the brokerage.
4. Listing information
Property information on this site is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed. Square footage, lot size, taxes, HOA fees, school assignments and other details should be independently verified. Listings are subject to prior sale, price change, or withdrawal without notice. Photos, videos and virtual tours are for illustration.

When you submit a form, you agree we may contact you as described on that form and in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. You can opt out at any time as the Privacy Policy explains.
7. Lenders and other third parties
The site may show or link to a mortgage lender or other service provider. They are independent businesses and you are free to choose any provider. Jorge Reyna and Meyers & McCabe receive no fee or other compensation for referring you to them.
8. Estimates and tools
Any calculators, estimates, or market figures on the site are for general information only. They are not an appraisal, loan offer, or legal, tax or financial advice.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to: submit false information or someone else’s contact details; use bots, scrapers or automated tools to copy listing content or forms; interfere with the site’s operation or security; or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
10. Content and ownership
Site content, including text, design, and listing photos, videos and tours, belongs to Jorge Reyna or the respective owners and is used with permission. You may view and share listing pages for personal use. You may not copy or republish content without permission.
11. Third-party links and embedded content
The site links to and embeds content from other services, such as Google Maps, YouTube and virtual tour providers. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Fairfax County, Virginia.
14. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date.
